Closer Connections, Stronger Community: AMLA USA Announces Five Regional Sections

AMLA USA is bringing its members closer together through five regional sections designed to encourage greater activity, meaningful engagement, and stronger professional networks.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Lawyers Association USA is pleased to announce the regionalization of the Association and the creation of five regional sections across the United States.
This new structure will provide members with more opportunities to connect locally, organize programs, exchange professional knowledge, mentor students and young lawyers, and strengthen relationships within the legal community.

Northeast
New York Section
New York, the Tri-State Area, and the broader Northeast region
Mid-Atlantic
DMV Section
Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and the broader Mid-Atlantic region
Central United States
Midwest Section
Serving AMLA members throughout the Midwest
Western United States
West Coast Section
Serving AMLA members throughout the West Coast and Western region
Gulf and Southern United States
South Section
Serving AMLA members throughout the Gulf and broader Southern region
Building Stronger Local Networks
The regional sections will allow AMLA members to develop programming that responds to the interests and needs of their local communities. Potential activities may include regional gatherings, networking events, mentorship initiatives, educational programs, professional-development opportunities, and service projects.
Through this initiative, AMLA USA hopes to increase member participation while creating more frequent and accessible opportunities for lawyers, law students, and other legal professionals to build lasting professional and personal connections.
