Members are invited to put forward names for either the Award of Excellence for Men or the Award of Excellence for Women. Every suggestion is reviewed with care and considered against the spirit of the award before any decision is made.
Nominate
A member submits the name of a fellow member whose achievement, leadership, service, or integrity reflects the spirit of the award.
Board Review
The AMLA USA Board reviews each nomination against the award's four pillars — excellence, leadership, service, and integrity.
Board Announce
The Board selects and formally announces the recipient of the Award of Excellence to the membership.
