The Ahmadiyya Muslim Lawyers Association (AMLA USA) is proud to recognize Murad Ali Bhatti, a recent graduate of Columbia Law School, whose academic achievements, commitment to justice, and dedication to service exemplify excellence, integrity, and leadership.

As a Waqf-e-Nau and an active member of the Muqami Majlis, Murad represents a new generation of Muslim legal professionals who combine exceptional academic accomplishment with a strong commitment to serving their communities.

Murad earned his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, one of the nation’s premier legal institutions. During his time at Columbia, he served as a Notes Editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and was a board member of the Columbia Law and Political Economy Project.

Prior to law school, Murad earned his Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service in International Political Economy from Georgetown University.

After taking the Bar exam in July, Murad will begin working at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

AMLA USA congratulates Murad on his graduation and wishes him continued success as he begins this next chapter in his legal career.
